Convid 19 Prevention

Dear customers we would like to inform you that we have procedures in our company to prevent cross contamination between houses. I understand this may be concerning to you at this time, however I would like to reassure you we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone remains as safe as possible. These are the procedures we have in place:

1. Every house has their own cloths and they get washed and dried by high temperatures to kill bacteria. You may wish to use your own cloths we would be happy to use them, please let me know.

2. We would like every customer to provide their own mop for higiene reasons and prevent cross contamination

3. All our staff are using disposable gloves that get thrown away after each house clean

4. Every Van has anti bacterial gel and it is mandatory for the staff to use before entering the house and when they have finished

5. We stock Dettol anti bacterial and this will be used for cleaning parts of your house

6. Please also notify us if you are not feeling well. We will also not be sending any staff that are unwell to your house

7. Please advise if you have any other suggestions we could be implementing at this time.
